Description: Tealicious serves delicious authentic Thai dishes including the famous "Tom Yum Goong", "Pad Thai" noodles and spicy fresh "Somtam". Every single dish is cooked fresh to order and we will cook each dish to your desired spice level. We are very aware of allergies and we can adapt each dish to exclude any allergic ingredients such as peanuts. Our dishes take a little longer to serve than many other restaurants, but the taste will be worth the wait. We serve a large variety of vegetarian dishes as well, our "Penang" vegetarian curry is very popular as are our homemade vegetarian spring rolls? Our international dishes include our rich creamy spaghetti carbonara served with homemade garlic bread, steaks and Caesar salads to name but a few. Our English breakfast consists of eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, toast, orange juice and a choice of either tea or coffee. We bake our own bread and cakes on the premises, our French chocolate cake is "to die for" and our "Club" sandwich is delicious. We have a large selection of fine teas, such as Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Yorkshire, English Breakfast, Marks & Spencer Gold, Tetley to name but a few. Our herbal selection includes Peppermint & Nettle, Mango & Cinnamon, Blueberry & Apple, Blackcurrant & Vanilla, Lemon & Ginger and Liquorice. We also offer delicious fresh smoothies, such as mango, banana, pineapple and mixed berries as well as freshly brewed coffee. We look forward to welcoming you at Tealicious and we are sure that you will not be disappointed.

The place where I had my best food in Bangkok. The place is like a hidden gem, a few blocks from the river

Great curry and fried pineapple rice. The owner is a charming guy and the service is friendly with a great English. Prices are somewhat what you expect from such a place.

Great selection of beers and a very clean place. I will be back

Found this little gem on Nerd Nomads’ site and so pleased we did. This place is tucked away in a side street near the fancy and over priced Sky Bar (£21 for a G&T, ouch). Tom, the amazingly friendly, funny and knowledgeable Kent-born front of house man and his wife’s amazing cookery skills brought us the best prawn starter, green Thai chicken and prawn pad Thai we’ve ever had in the world. Go, sit outside in the street. Eat fantastic, cheap, authentic Thai food and sip a cold beer. You won’t be sorry!

We stumbled upon this place by following friends (who we also happened to bump into half way across the world) and what a happy coincidence it was!!
Not only is the food excellent, authentic and full of fun and flavour (try the 4-5 levels of spice they will warn you about) but the staff are a dream.
I kick myself for not remembering his name but the owner is one of the kindest, funniest most caring business owners you’ll meet, assets clearly reflected in the results on your plate. He’s always happy to offer recommendations about the best things to see and do in the area, often tailoring these to what he thinks you’ll be interested in when you meet.
Thank you for your lovely recommendation of after dinner drinks at the banyan whilst putting up with the rest of our drunk friends who couldn’t get in !!
A definite must visit when you are in Bangkok!
