Fast, clean, easy to use, cheap...Many cities in the world would dream of such transportation.

“Definitely a Great Way to get to city!”
Reviewed 6 March 2012

Finally got to take a train into the city after hearing it for so long!

And at a very affordable price too.

We took the higher price ride - the Express Line from the Airport to Phaya Thai Station. It is a non-stop journey. The fare for single journey is 90 baht and two ways is 150 baht. The journey was quite an eye opener as the train passes quite some areas not commonly seen by us. Like rice fields and ponds. Best of all, the entire journey is only 17 minutes. The other services includes non-stop to Makkasan Station and also the regular trains (45 baht - single journey) that call at all stops (but still only takes about 30 minutes) to reach Phaya Thai.

So from now on, we will not be hindered by the traffic jams in the city when we need to get to the airport on time - provided no break-downs.

“Cheap Transportation”
Reviewed 5 March 2012

The Skytrain can pretty much get you anywhere, if not take you to the next means of transportation (Chao Phraya). It's very cheep and no negotiations needed. Just be sure to pay your way if your transfering to a different train. Even if it looks like you do not need to, or you will have touble exiting the station.
