just viewing the architecture and the historical pictures on the walls was amazing. And for a building to be as old as it is and well maintained to look new was amazing.

I have been there with friends the temple is very beautiful (king temple)you will visit the emural buddha there and draw painting the story is about Thai buddha you also visit draw painting about Ramayana story around the outside wall at the temple. I really enjoy it. The weather is quite warm you should bring hat, sunglasses with you. I been there around 8.30 am the weather is good and not much people around. If you like to visit the grand palace i suggest you should be there at 8.30 am.

Very interesting place to visit. There are many buildings encompassing the Temple. Be advised, to view the Emerald Buddha, which is in the most sacred building of the compound, you must remove your shoes (they will be safe), but you might want to take socks. We weren’t told about the shoes in advance and it was a discomforting thought to be walking where millions of feet walk. I wondered how often the floors were cleaned.
