Boyfriend and I left the hotel and ventured out into the heat to see this.

Definitely worth it however get there for opening when there’s no queues and you can take your time looking.

When you’re done there are plenty of tuk tuks outside for when you’re done.

Also lots of lovely stray cats and dogs hang out here.

Only downside was how popular it was as every photo I tried to take someone walked in the way. Definitely worth going to though as some much to see.

Not to be missed and honored. This is not only a work of art but testimony to one of the greatest persons of all religions who has been revered and praised unabashedly.

The highlight is, of course, the reclining Buddha. But there is much more to see throughout the public areas of the temple. We arrived just after opening time and walked around the facility and saw a variety of things with our guide, Pookie. Being there early before the crowds was wonderful.

This is a very neat temple and the Reclining Buddha was worth seeing. The price of admission includes a cold bottle of water which was nice and welcomed. You must take off your shoes to see the Buddha, but they give you a bag to carry them in. Quite a few buildings to see in the complex - easy to get to and easy to get a tuk tuk right outside afterwards. Relaxed dress code compared to the requirements for the Grand Palace.
