The hotel lobby was smallish but nicely appointed with lots of wood and had a boutique luxury feel.

The staff was abundant and friendly and we were invited to take a seat in the lobby bar and everything with respect to the check-in process was done for us.

We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom suite on a high floor with three balconies and sweeping views of the city. The suite was clean and tasteful though the furniture in the living room was perhaps a little bit dated.

Location is central with good access to the sights/temples. SkyBar and restaurants on the rooftop terrace is a big plus.

Fast/efficient check-out process.

Room tip: Visit the Sky Bar.

This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve every stayed in regards to incompetent staff. Check pervious reviews as all say the same and completely true

1 checking in is a joke takes for ever rooms not ready after 2pm some of my colleagues didn’t even get a room till 5pm

2. Club access rules are a complete joke they have a dress code which I understand but please look outside it’s 40 degrees men you have to wear trousers no shorts. Drinks and food not worth what you pay I wouldn’t bother with the hassle.

3. If your happy to pay $35 usd for a glass of wine then stay at this hotel a beer will set you back $20usd even a soft drink will set you back $10usd total rip-off nice view on the TOP floor but you pay for it. Not child friendly either stay away

A scene out of The Hangover part II was filmed here on top of the rooftop. That rooftop provides a great view over the city. I have had dinner twice on this rooftop and the food is superb. There is a nice bar as well where you can have great cocktails.

The rooms in the Lebua ate quite good but less than what I have experienced in Bangkok at other places. Breakfast is served on a half open half closed terrace and it cathces a lot of wind so it was actualy pretty cold. We had this for days in a row.
The breakfast buffet though is really good. I’d recommend a sweater ;-)

Recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The Sky Bar had great views however drinks were more than expensive. If drinks were a little cheaper i am sure they would sell more of them. Most people either had one drink only or not at all.
