I recommend this very welcoming hotel and especially Phol and Pol who are very nice people and who help all the time! It was very good et the swimming pool is amazing.

we booked this hotel for the quarantine but we loved it so much that we stayed longer.
Pol ans Phol are very kind and always smiling !! Plus, the hotel is very near a train station so it's simple to go to the center. Big Love with thé swimming pool also

From check in to check out the Thai staff was so friendly and helpfull.Bellman "Day" greeted me in th lobby (12th floor).He spoke perfect English so he directed me to an English speaking receptionist.
Room was oversized with comfortable bed,large TV many channels,including Sports/ Netflex.
Breakfast was wonderful thanks to" Anitas " helpful assistance making me a perfect Cappuccino follwed by a made to order Omlette ! The freshly made Whole grain bread and rolls. took me away from my low carb diet
After a swim workout I went to the Spa for a relaxing oil Massage by Noy who gave me the best Head and Shoulder Massage of my life.

A truely wonderful find so near to Hualamphong; I booked only one night with plans to catch an early morning train the next day... but was so impressed with the friendly, energetic staff and wonderful facilities that I delayed my travel plans so as to stay longer. All the staff are amazing and go well beyond the norm to please. Check in with the lovely CAT was a breeze. DAY was adorable, not only showing me to my room, but giving me a tour of the facilities. When I needed a motorbike taxi, CAN arranged a Grab pickup and even had NICE bring me downstairs to the driver. Unreal, caring service! There's a fantastic rooftop pool area, and awesome sunset views to Wat Traimit and across Chinatown. The huge windows in my room give a splendid view to Hualamphong Train Station. The room is clean, cool, comfortable and has all I need. The location is excellent. Great value. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the Quarter!

I have a very good Impression on Ms Jomjam when I booked immediately for a reservation on the same day of arrival in Dec ‘21. Which is definitely impossible , hence she called to verify .

It’s free visit to see the station & platforms within. It would give a must to visit if u love trains and stations .
