Trained staff were very persistant in continually offering the menu and asked us at least three times if we were going to dine. We only went up for drinks and to see the view, but the staff don't leave you alone.the drinks were massively overpriced, 4 small beers costing just under 1600 baht !!!!!!!!!!!!! £35.00 ish. The view was amazing but not worthy of the rip off prices. So to all you " hangover" fans beware .

Life at the TC felt good. The breakfast buffet was incredibly varied and delicious. The Club Lounge provided snacks in a lunch and dinner like abundance. Both were complimentary! Almost all the staff at every level and department were friendly, charming, alert and helpful. All the staff behaved professionally excellent. All 3 Dome restaurants served delicious food, but we're pricey, especially mezzaluna. Sirocco provided the best quality to price ratio. I could go on for pages, but will stop now.

I have just come back since yesterday from Tower Club at Lebua, our room No. is 5110 / river views, this was the 2nd time I stayed here. I have some reviews as followings:

1- The good things:

- The river views at day& night time is really beautiful
- The fitness facilities are good enough, high quality
- As usual, the breakfast at Mozu cafe is one of the best in BKK, so many selection, good quality, very delicious and you don't need to eat lunch.
- The service is 9 (not 10), sometimes the staff promised to do for you but they didn't keep their words.
- The Internet access is very good and free, normally you have to pay internet fee in the 5 star hotel in Thailand.
- The room is very roomy, from around 60 m2 (1 bedroom) to 200 m2 (2 or 3 bedrooms)
- The bedding is excellent
- The Afternoon tea & Cocktail hour at the Lounge (at the 52nd floor) is very good but it can't compare to Madarin Oriental or Shangrila. By the way, the lounge looks not luxury as its 5 star.
- Complimentary soft drinks in Mini-Bar: 5 cans of coke, 5 cans of Sprite, 5 cans of green tea, & 5 cans of Lipton tea

2- The not good things:

- The location is popular but at the back gate of hotel is very very dirty, dustbin, waste water...and I have seen a very big mouse looking for the food in front of me at noon time
- The facilities of room look not luxury (sounds cheap!!!) and dated a bit.
- The lifts at Tower Club are a nightmare in the evenings because of the outside guest.
- The amenity is NOT BVLGARI as their confirmation, when we arrived they said that the BVLGARI brand was not used any more at Lebua.
- Don't have complimentary movies on demand available in suite, don't have Fine coffee in suite as their comfirmation.

As other people have mentioned, this hotel is a condominium complex not in use, from the 1 st floor of Tower Club, turn left, you can see a very dark room which is not in use, not beautiful, look scared a bit.

I have got a very good rate at this time, about net 200$ per night, next time if it is over 200$ I will stay here.

Room Tip: there is a 7/11 shop at the back gate of hotel, it is very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tower Club in January and would recommend it to others. First impressions of the hotel are excellent - the lobby is very grand with a pianist on a grand piano and a prompt check in. We were taken up to our suite on the 56th floor by a member of staff who showed us around the suite to make sure we were happy with everything.

The suites are very nice with huge marble bathrooms (perhaps a bit dated in their decor) with a huge shower and separate bath. There is a small kitchen area with free minibar (soft drinks) and Nespresso coffee machine. The bed is huge and very comfy indeed. The view from the balcony was excellent.

On our first night we had a long journey from Koh Kood so we went to Cafe Mozu (which is the same restuarant where breakfast is served) but we left feeling ripped off. We order 2 pizzas, 1 side salad, 2 gin and tonics and a bottle of still water and the bill came to £80 after service charge and tax were added on. Compared to other meals we had in Thailand this seemed astronomical and left a bitter taste unfortunately.

We headed up to the Sky Bar on the 3rd floor and it is as good as all the reviewers say. Possibly the best located bar you could imagine. But to get there you have to get past the staff who literally pounce on you the second the elevator doors open. We were greeted with the usual Thai greeting and then herded off to the other bar called Distil. After I relaised that we were not where we wanted to be we started to leave but the staff tried to insist that we have a drink at Distil first. I said no we want to go to THE Skybar and they relented after many attempts to make us stay. I can understand that they want to make sure both bars are busy but Skybar is the real reason why everyone heads to the 63rd floor so make sure you know where you're going. Distil is not the same.

We ordered 2 mojitos and (as per usual in Thailand) they were not great, certainly the drink didn't live up to the gorgeous surroundings. We didn't eat at Scirocco, the restaurant next to the Skybar, but it looked great and what a location for a meal! There was a live jazz band playing every night we went up there.

Breakfasts were superb with many types of cuisine from western style bacon, ham, various sausages and meats, various omlette/egg stations, pastry and bread station with toast toasted in a wood fired oven. Very attentive staff at breakfast time which was great.

The Tower Club lounge is a great addition where you can order free cocktails, sandwiches pastrys and relax with a newspaper or magazine whilst taking in that view. Again the mojitos were a let down but at least they were free.

Check out was very speedy but be aware of the resort fee charged upon checking out. The concierge service was excellent and arriving at the hotel is a great experience. You get the feeling of quality the moment the taxi turns into the driveway.

All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Room Tip: Spend the little bit more and book a Tower Club room - the extras such as the lounge access certainly make it worth it.

Our room included access to Tower Club @ lebua, which basically, rocked. The Tower Club has a lounge that is open all day (until 6pm) and has free beverages (including adult beverages) and snacks. We'd had a lousy morning and went to the Tower Club to see if we could find some mid-afternoon nibbles and a much needed cocktail. The staff was super attentive and very welcoming. They were serving an afternoon tea type menu (sandwiches with the crusts cut off, little crostinis, mini meat pies, etc.) and they also had laid out an afternoon tea buffet which was as though someone had invaded my brain and laid out all of my favorites things - fruit, petit fours, macarons, gourmet marshmallows and excellent chocolates just for me! Was really lovely and I believe is the same price as a regular room.
