I stayed one night here and overall found it really disappointing. There was no warm welcome and the staff were overall pretty unhelpful. I was in transit and after a 15 hour bus ride from Cambodia I was hoping for a bit more.
I got to my room and ordered room service Number 5. Fried Noodles with Beef, ended up with Fried rice and egg. Not what I wanted at all, and when I tried to call and ask, the staff just hung up the phone
The information in the room was non-existent and didnt tell me anything about where I could get breakfast or where the restaurant was, so when I went down an asked at 9:00, they informed the breakfast would close at 9:30, so I could no longer get any. Then when I went for lunch, no one spoke english (which is fine) but they just sat me at a table and didnt even try and explain that it is all buffet and no menu, or the prices. I have gotten fairly good at interpreting hand gestures from living abroad, but there was just no help given what so ever.
The room was fine, but nothing to write home about, and the food average.
Would recommend trying something else if you find yourself in Bangkok, there are plenty of other options out there.
