The best service, the food, the room and the decoration! Really the best and for a very fair price!
I was there for both work and pleasure and it resulted to be one of the very best places where I've stayed. The rooms are big (compared with common hotels) the welcome box is very useful with a sim card and a complimentary BTS card.

Wow! What a deal. I stayed in the Tenface for a business trip with 3 other colleagues and wish this lodging was my own apartment. Everything was well thought out in terms of aesthetic and services. My room was a suite, though this was just their standard room, 2604. I would say the bed is amazing. Gorgeous, like a little retreat of calm and luxury in a hustlin' bustlin' city. The pillows were heavenly and the linens were also quite nice. The bathroom is also quite impressive with 2 showers/1bath and nice fixtures, lighting, bath products. I really liked the design of this hotel most. I had a margherita pizza from room service which was very nice, home made style but there was too much cheese. The tuk tuk service is fine, sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes max to go to the Polen Chit BTS station. They give you a special package with sim card, map, recommended hot spots to visit, bts 1 day ticket, bath products which was a nice gesture.
My room included breakfast and wifi. The wireless modem is in the room and the connection was so easy to set up and fast all the time. Breakfast was also nice. Eastern/Western selection with simple yummy foods: miso soup, yoghurt, tropical fruits, salad, cereal bar, local orange juice, taro buns, bacon... etc. I definitely ate more than usual.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall I would stay here for all future trips. Though the location seemed far upon arrival, it was perfect in the end.

We were recommended to the hotel by a friends friend !. our taxi driver had a tough time locating the hotel since its in dead end road and a little off the beaten track, My friend with me was super apprehensive and once we checked in it was awesome. The tuktuk service to BTS is super convenient. Hotel gives you a local sim , just add money on it and call them to use the pick-up service. Very close to all the major malls. and they also have small cards with recommendations for sight seeing + addresses for locations which can be given to taxi drivers like Khaosan road etc. Use them. Very family friendly place . Will go back

We stayed here twice this month(6 nights). At first we thought it was out of the way but soon discovered that it was really central with the use of the free tuk tuk service. Unlike another review we found the service reliable and efficient, the hotel gives you an all day sky train pass and a smart phone sim as part of the welcome kit, when you need to be picked up at the station all you need to do is call the hotel and they are there in minutes. The only area of a slight disappointment was the cost of the Nespresso pods and the bar. The bar had a happy hour, 2 cocktails for the price of one (and they are great cocktails), which was great but the hotel didn't promote this and the bar was always empty so lacked any atmosphere so we didn't fell like using it. Overall I will stay again and recommend it to friends. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We stayed at tenface in August 2012.

Positives
- reception staff quite good and there was always someone who spoke English well
- kitchen/ restaurant staff were also quite good
- room was very specious with great AC

Semi negatives
- the hotel is located down a long soi with very little around.
- it was quite hard to order room service
- pool is only waist deep

Look these are minor negatives and overall very good value for money
