Dinner at Gianni Bangkok was a pleasant experience.

Attentive waiters, good quality food and wine selection and relaxing atmosphere.

The Brunello was easy to drink and goes well with meat or fish.

A bit pricey but worth the experience.

Excellent food and attentive service.
Pricey and about the same as New York or London, so no bargain here, but at the same time up to global standard at the high end.
No real complaints at all! Clientele seems mostly local, so it's nice to note that the place stays Italian and not going "thaitalian"....!

Definitely now the best Italian in town!
Food totally outstanding. Service beyond....K.Nai is a really great.
One really weird quirk..!?!...one of the Italian "managers" sort of sneakily tastes everyones bottle of wine....without customers permission. Never seen this in an Italian place...only in arogant places in Paris. Why?aybe because of trouble with largely local clients that have no clue about wine beyomd the price. So i.forgive this weirdness as the rest is SO good!

My last visit was in 2009. Heard they are very popular nowadays— hard to get a table.

Some of the dishes were good, but all the main courses that we ordered were so and so; no particularly memorable dish in this meal — except a meat sauce pasta dish that tasted like Chinese noodles.

I have nothing against Chinese noodles (in fact I like), but when ordering an Italian pasta at a supposing good Italian restaurant, I expected their foods tasted like good Italian foods.

Outstanding service; outstanding food; outstanding dining environment. This has just got to be one of the world's best restaurants. The fact that it does not have a Michelin star is a reflection on Michelin bias and not the venue. But in fact Gianni's does not need Michelin stars to be the best. We have dined in Michelin restaurants in Europe and none can meet the standard of excellence of food and service of this establishment.
