First time in Nepal, coming from the KS.A I was little skeptical about where we were going to stay when i viste pokhara. My fears were relieved as soon as we arrived. I have never, ever, stayed at a Hotel with a staff like this one. Everyone knew KSA and everyone treated us like royalty. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly. The room was clean, and modern. It's location in center of pokhara is perfect for travel to inner city and other attractions.

Last month I travelled to Pokhara, the initial plan was to book two nights in The Crystal Palace. However we were so enchanted by the breath taking views and pleased by the well mannered staff that we extended our stay to six days.

The hotel radiated with vibes so familiar to home,in addition the staff didn't lack in any of our requests instead only continued to excell.Even the food was delicious ,the hotel`s restaurant sure didnt lower the standards of the hotel's overall status. The waiters served with courtesy and politeness as expected. The standard of the dishes were also high, and happy to say no complaints were present at the end of the day.

I would highly recommend for you to stay at The Crystal Palace if you find yourself in Pokhara.

We have booked a room with picturesque view on mountains and lake. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with air conditioning and comfortable bathroom with hot water. High speed wi-fi was provided everywhere. We were really satisfied with hotel's location. Special thanks to responsive employee Shyam. Bidur, Suraj and Madan were also very friendly, working at the reception and restaurant. Hotel has also one more bonus - beautiful view from the rooftop of the hotel.
Highly recommended place to stay in Pokhara.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and fully enjoyed the stay. The rooms are spacious having a nice balcony facing the lake. The linen was spotlessly clean and the food was simply awesome.

The best thing about this place was the staff, very friendly and reliable. The owner Mr. Ramesh gives you personal attention and gives you all the required information about the tours and also provides assistance if needed. Highly recommended.

it was worth living experience as this was my second stay in this hotel. I never felt like anything missing in hospitality & generosity from the staff. The view is the main attraction for me which indulges me always. This hotel is one of the best in pokhara with in this price range.
