This is a lovely hotel set within pretty gardens, about 10 minutes drive from the Lakeside area where all the restaurants and shops are located. The reception area is magnificent and the hotel is well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and the views of the mountains stunning!!! Hot water was limited for certain hours during the day due to the current fuel crisis. Free wifi was good .
The food was slightly limited and disappointing again due to the fuel crisis.
The staff were very helpful and very apologetic for the shortages in the hotel due to the fuel crisis.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with views of the mountains

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Pokhara 10 min drive or 30 min walk to Lakeside the area where shops, restaurants and bars are located.
We stayed in room 348 an extremely comfortable room with the most amazing view of the snow capped Annapurna mountain range. The bed was super comfortable and the room facilities were good.
The staff were excellent, informative, curteous and had good hotel service skills. We reported a broken room safe within 10 mins it had been repaired.
There is a small outdoor pool with only a few sun beds, a cosy bar serving good cocktails, a spa and large restaurant. The buffet breakfast and dinner were limited but well presented.
Free WiFi is available in public areas but reception is slow.
We had a wonderful stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Room Tip: No lift available to the upper floors would recommend if you have mobility problems to reserve a room on the ground floor.

The staff are simply the best I have met. They went out of their way in helping us, especially since we have a active 4.5 year old. Pool is decent and the internet speed good. Only areas to improve is the breakfast range (not buffet presumably due to low turnout owing to recent Nepal earthquake) and not converting left over Nepalese currency to US $ or other currency. Definitely recommend the hotel to families.

The hotel is just 1 KM away from the airport, has beatiful location, work guest service, helpful staff. I was recommended by Ms. Riya who is the Manager (Corporate Sales) and it was a worth recommendation.
I rooms, restaurant, gym all were excellent.

Must go place for everyone

Room Tip: Look for a mountain view room if you are lucky you will see the a great view in the mornings
