I have only just returned from Nepal, and wish to say that the Hyatt
Regency Kathmandu, where I stayed for 2 nights, was one of the
highlights of my Nepal experience!

From the moment one enters the hotel, you are made to feel special!
The Lobby staff, in particular the very handsome and elegant Julian,
made my stay very special .. I would like to thank him for catering to
my needs and, again, making me feel special.

The restaurant food, the ambiance, the lovely room, the atmosphere ..
this hotel provides everything!

I thoroughly recommend, while in Kathmandu, to stay in this lovely place,
with it's manicured garden, tranquil atmosphere ... you need this after
the noise, and bustle of the outside city.

Best wishes to all who took care of me ... a single female.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback. We are overwhelmed to read that your 2 nights stay with us was one of your highlights of Nepal visit, it is simply incredible! Julian will be highly motivated to receive this huge compliment from you and shall definitely pass this on to him. Guest satisfaction is our highest priority and it is rewarding to know that he took care of your catering needs and you felt special.

Indeed, the hotel is definitely a “hide away” from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu city. Thank you for recommending us to fellow trip advisor guests and the “ 5 star “ rating.

We look forward to your return visit soon.

Kind regards,

Everything is great! I enjoyed staying there. Too bad the public hot tub was closed. Tennis court is alright. Wish they could take a good care of it. Not in a good condition.
Things are pricey there, renting balls, massages and such. Overall, the room is cheap and it is comfortable

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback and glad to know that you enjoyed your stay. I regret the inconvenience caused to for you not being able to enjoy the hot tub due to the maintenance work that was being undertaken and I thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your feedback regarding the tennis court condition and will definitely try to incorporate wherever possible. I am also sorry to hear that you found our spa services cost pricey; I assure you that our prices are on par with other hotels of our caliber in the area. On a more positive note, I am glad that you found the room comfortable.

Thank you once again and we look forward to welcoming you again, hopefully in the not too distant future.

A great get away. The food is amazing, rooms are clean and have heat/A/C/ and bathtubs, and the spa is a good addition as well. The spa has a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room for use. There are also tennis courts and a swimming pool.

"Hyatt Regency" stands among the best hotels of Kathmandu! Much has already been said about this beautiful and lovely hotel. I'll stress only four aspects: 1) fantastic location, just at a walking distance from Unesco's appointed World Heritage Site of "Boudhanath Stupa" (which was only slightly damaged by the April 25, 2015 earthquake); 2) "Club Oasis", its fantastic spa, with highly qualified therapists and unforgettable Ayurvedic massages; 3) "The Café" and "Rox Restaurant", delicious food pleasing everyone's taste; and 4) Gentle service and extremely attentive staff. What else you need? Enjoy!
