Stayed for 3 nights in different occasions in October. Very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a good mosquito net. The hot water pressure was not great, which is the only reason I hesitate to give this place 5 stars.
The gardens are beautiful and the social areas are cosy and tasteful, and make you want to stay longer.

I stayed there for 8 nights in August/September of 2015 and found the place better than average for a USD90/day (otherwise Maputo is very expensive in hotels). The complementary breakfast is not bad at all with limited but decent choices on the buffet. sadly the guest house does not provide lunch, dinner or any other meals and there is nothing immediately nearby by way of an eatery or restaurant.

Room Tip: Choose the rooms in the ground floor as it is closer to the WiFi. Prepare yourself well for mosquitoes.

We first stayed at Mozaika in 2010 with 4 friends. This time we were travelling with grandchildren.
Mozambique has become very expensive, but Mozaika is value for money.
The staff were very gracious and helpful.

Stayed at Mozaika 2 for a night during a trip to Maputo. Great price-quality value in a hotel with nice rooms, quite gardens and a nice pool. Breakfast was also good. I will for sure be back to this place in future visits.

They were wonderful! Had some challenges with flights, luggage and taxis and they went out of their way to help in any way they could.

I was there two separate nights in different rooms. Room away from the street better as there was less noise. Rooms are very clean, wifi mostly reliable, breakfast lovely and you can sit in the garden and enjoy.

There is a nice restaurant half a block away, grocery store and pharmacy close by.

Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.
