Staff: Courteous, helpful, prompt, speaks English, Portuguese, French
Rooms: spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient. Depending on the time of year, you may be able to get a suite for the same price as a regular room.
Restaurant: I found the restaurant prices way too expensive, and the quality of food is not better than the nearby restaurants at the mall, particularly the Turkish and Indian restaurants, which are less expensive.
Location: Honestly, not that great. You don’t have an ocean view, you’re next to a busy avenue, and there is a nearby nightclub that blasts loud music all weekend, which is really a nuisance.
Lacking: The rooms are not equipped with an iron or a hairdryer. These items are standard in all 4-star hotels that I have stayed in. The closets are enormous and have enough space for a person’s full wardrobe. The hotel should have invested that money elsewhere.More
