I had a business room on the 4 Floor. Room was good with all facilities. Room was equipped with a bar/kitchenette but this gave no real added value to the room. There was no fridge no water boiler nothing.
Big TV with lot of channels but the sofa (extra bed) was very uncomfortable to sit in.
Bathroom was excellent. Toilet separate from bathroom. Quality of the beds is very good!

Pool and bar with pizza oven are good with good service and friendly staff. Pizzas are good! Resto on the first floor was not the quality and service you would expect.
Breakfast good and sufficient choice.

Hotel is not cheap but worth the money!
Hotel is very well protected. It’s almost a fort!

I am chocked with this hotel.
rooms were without shampoo and vanity kit the reason was they are out of stock.
when i insisted for a shampoo after 28 hours i received a shampoo tube NOT SEALED
and inside the solution was the shower gel ,how unethical????
i asked to check out but they didn't accept until i pay for 3 nights as my booking on expedia even in my reservation was mentioned free change and free cancelation.
the room in deep need for maintenance ,broken shower dead bulbs and the room very dark . the staff untrained and rude

Stayed October 2018.
Security very good- this place was attacked in the preceding year.
A departure for non African Radissons. State of disrepair. Occasional elevator outage and hard to motivate staff when problems arose. Failed wakeup calls. Hotel supplied Wi-Fi kept on trying to change my browser and had to remove malware on several occasions. Got the African mumble when I tried to explain the problem and when I requested help.

We stayed here several times during our time in Bamako. Great staff and very relaxing hotel. A nice place to unwind after the hustle and bustle of Bamako. Comfortable suites and nice cool AC! Great coffee in the mornings. Pool and spa are lovely. Hope to return one day.

Food is okay, though choice is extremely limited; breakfast plentiful but croissants and other "viennoiseries" substandard.
Rooms are good, but lighting is insufficient. Bathroom is good, water piping hot, amenities good.
The overall atmosphere in the hotel and in the restaurant is that of a funeral parlour at midnight, but security is good and shuttle to the airport free. All in all, a reasonable choice.
