I had wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff are so welcoming and treat you like royalty. The rooms are so neat, the food was delicious! The hotel standards are world class and I highly recommend anyone.

I had a gpod stay at munumutapa, the service was up to my expectation, and the WiFi connection made it easy for me to stay in contact with my family. Breakfast was great, I only had an opportunity to eat breakfast only .

We are staying in this hotel for one night for $200 and i am extremely disappointed. Yes the hotel is very very old and falling apart and the air conditioner is not working someone came to “fix” it but all he did was move the grills. They control the central air. And no cold air is coming out from that grill or if ever there is its not enough to cool the whole room. The ala carte restaurant was decent and big servings but we cant understand why we cant charge it to our room when thats how typically we do it. We have been trying to call the duty manager yet he never pick up the call i guess thats why this establishment is falling apart coz the managers are nowhere to be found.
We are so tired from traveling that we just want to sleep. They brought in a portable sir conditioner that was so noisy the whole night. It smells like burning rubber and useless cos it never cooled the room.
So no i am not recommending this hotel if you love comfort, NO this hotel is definitely not good value for your money, NO this hotel doesn’t deserve to bear the name of Crown Plaza. NO DEFINITELY THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 5 STAR IN EVERY ASPECT. NOT EVEN IN SERVICE. NO this hotel doesn’t care nor have customer service nor recovery coz we’ve never heard back from the hotel on duty manager even if we told the staff and the food and beverage manager that we want to talk to him .
Im sure he would reply here and apologize but its a little too late. You should have done that after you took our $200. We paid you way more than what we saw online so yes we deserve it. Your establishment should have done something when there was the same complaints. Since 2013,2014,2015, 2016,2017!!!
I know Zimbabwe have an unemployment rate of 90% since you guys are in the hospitality business you should strive harder to keep your hotel open and not just be complacent.

Another amazing night I had At the hotel. The staff from reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was not having the reception numbers in the room and so we had to go back to the reception for what we wanted. However that never changed the experience and I will not hesitate to visit the hotel again and again.

i had dinner twice at this hotel the standards keeps going up and the staff are very friendly and helpful the place was very tidy and dinner was 5*i can't complain at all i enjoyed every minute of meal even the chefs they have a min to come and ask how the meal was which i find very professional
