In business one must always give the best, do everything with consistant excellence living custmers satsfied without giving room for complaints and queries all the time. Make customer want to come back for those excellent services and improve to even better services.

On the 26th of September I asked for breakfast takeaway was told it would take 10-15mins but it took a good 30 somthing minutes.I ws in a hurry didn't check wat was in the box.Later when I opened there were two very rotten oranges packed tog with juice bread scones and eggs.

Experience was pathetic went to the restaurant to order , and my order never arrived . while in the room another family casually opened the room and told me they were booked in the same room can you believe that. They dont even know which rooms are booked and which are not.

Room Tip: Try a hotel thats in a better location like rainbow towers or meikels

all in all it was a worthwhile experience. l would not mind going back to Jameson hotel for either business and family events. There is room to do better though in overall the experience is quite awesome

You may need to improve on the room furnishing. You may also need to improve on light control by adding switches that can be controlled from the bed. The wardrope had no shelves except the high one for blankets
