2nd time in that hotel very clean and staff are friendly enough the pool at the roof small but can be enough for some relaxing, food was good but overpriced, location is not the best but its 7 min walk to city center and there isn't near location for night outing
In short its perfect for short buissns trips

First trip back to Tunis for may years so choose good old faithful Novotel brand hotel which did not disappoint.
Friendly late evening reception and upgrade to Premier room (601)
Bar is open in lobby which is where the restaurant breakfast area is located.
Breakfast had good selection of foods both local and French.
Lunch buffet is good and had an extensive selection but is rather expensive.
Room was spacious and had roll out desk top as well as coffee maker.
Bed was comfortable.
Only downside was evening/night constant bass rumble.

Good hotel to stay in Tunis. It is located near the airport and can be reached in 10-15 mins.
Has good rooms and amenities. Although the food options for in room dining are limited, they provide a good spread for breakfast to start your day.
Very good option for Business travellers and tourists.

Hotel rooms are nice and people are very polite and provide a valuable service for a business stay. Only one severe problem with regard to the booking and advance payment system. Indeed, as customary in my business, my office had arranged for an online reservation with full advance payment, with credit card through the hotel website (Accor). The confirmation email specified very clearly that the balance to pay to the hotel for two nights and breakfast was zero. Unfortunately, the reception clerk informed me that the hotel decided (?) not to debit the amount because it was fully booked (?) and that I had to pay at checkout... what I did on the insistence of the personnel, even though I could show the email confirmation stating that it all had been paid for. I am still not sure that we won't be charged twice... Anyway, this is the first time in all my business travels experience that this issue occurs. Even if we might not suffer financially (hopefully) of the experience, it is very awkward, not professional and unpleasant.

Good bedroom but really bad food at restaurant, not mentioning excessive price for it... far too expensive for this low quality . I strongly advice to avoid going there for anything else than business. Very nice location for this purpose.
