My son had an educational experience of how the tribals live/cook dress up. Indigenous methods of approach to the living style and utilizing the natural means of sustenance. we had some time before we left for the airport and this was the best suited place to spend time.

The museum has a collection of huts from different areas of Tanzania, although all look more or less the same. There are also local dances organised for additional price.

Found this to be very interesting - provides some interesting history into the various ethnic groups and tribes that have and do still live in traditional villages throughout Tanzania

You get to see all tribes' huts in one place and can even go inside to explore how they live, where they cook and where they sleep. There is a very reasonable extra cost to watch traditional dance and you can also donate small amount of money for he dancers (this is optional and you are not forced to). 1-2 hours should be enough to finish the tour and watch the dances.
