Booked for few nights and after I stayed few more nights and the lovely Lady in the reception gave me a very good price from the hotel.Good location , room was good size nice bed and very comfortable.room was clean every day
Thank you all the staff : very friendly and helpful ( a part the one work in the breakfast restaurant: very rude impolite , the only job he does good is sitting and chatting on the phone !)
Breakfast buffet very poor and not very tidy !!!!!!
Weak wifi in my room
Very noisy and busy area in the day , and sometimes was difficult falling asleep in the night , so I decided to stay out til late ........

Small hotel close to a noisy area. Staff friendliness was OK, room was quite poor: small, not well maintained, not particularly clean. Shower fell from wall when my wife wanted to use it. The balcony door could not be closed, which is a problem if it overlooks a busy street. Wifi was only in the lobby and minimal. Breakfast was lousy. Luckily it was only for one night.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel

Our first night on tour in Morocco. Not a good introduction. First, they gave us the key to a room already occupied. It bothers me to think my own valuables might be offered up to others in this fashion. The air conditioning didn't work. Neither did the television, the telephone, or the Wifi. My impression was that they hadn't worked for a long time and probably would never be fixed. The street noise was frightful. There is a busy alley and gas station just outside our window, in which there is a taxi stand. The taxis constantly toot their horns trying to break free from the pack. Have you ever wanted to sit on the toilet and soak your feet in the bathtub at the same time? It is possible here the way the plumbing is arranged. Breakfast (included) is Spartan.

The two stars are for the warm water in the shower and functioning WiFi in the room.
We stayed here as part of a semi-arranged tour, so we didn't choose this hotel ourselfs. It's a big hotel, with small rooms. The hotel claims to be 3 stars, however amenities are only up to a 2 star level. Also, the lock on the room door was broken and there was no safe in the room. Dinner was included in the price, but the food was pretty bad. The 'dessert' were over ripe grapes and a apple with brown spots. To top it off they made us pay 20 dirham for a small cup of coffee and another 20 for a glass of tea.

The hotel is on a corner of a very very busy road. Close to the old inner city. Entrance is functional, reception ok. A tiny elevator takes you to the floors upstairs, the stairs are faster :-)
The 2 rooms we got were very small. Barely larger than the bed (regular size). There is a cupboard, but not clean enough for us to put our clothes in. A pair of trousers left by previous users was left behind. The bathroom was worn down and not up to european standards. Shower was in the bath but way to low to stand underneath. Almost no hot water although a refreshing shower is probably more used anyways. The breakfast was very disappointing. No dairy, no cereals, coffee that looks like tea (and tastes like nothing), no fresh fruits. 1 positive point: next to the hotel is a nice coffee place with excellent brews.
