We took the evening tour on our first full day in Marrakech and it was well worth the money. Not only did Youssef and Abdou keep us entertained and laughing the entire time, but they provided us with a wealth of information regarding the cooking and preparation of traditional Moroccan dishes. For those that have kiddos and are considering the tour, we brought our 10 & 14 year old adventurous eaters and they had a blast. There was a little something for everyone on the tour - couscous prepared specially for the tour group by a family of Marrakechian women, slow-cooked meats, sweets, smoothies, a look at the old way of preparing Moroccan breads and some more *unique and interesting* items (you'll have to book the tour for the fun stuff) - it was fun, educational, and really eye opening! Booking the tour was easy, communication was great, and we loved the special gift they sent us afterwards via email! Great experience, don't miss out and book this tour, but come hungry!!!

Great guides, great food, tons of awesome information. I would highly recommend this tour! If you like to eat it's definitely for you. Don't eat any food beforehand. We booked this tour after three days in Marrakech, but should have done it earlier. It's a great way to explore and learn about the Medina. The guides are great and very knowledgeable with any questions whether they are food related or not. If you've got any questions about food, be sure to ask and they will do their best to help you try it. A must do if you're visiting Marrakech!

This was our absolute favourite activity in Marrakech, we’ve done a few food tours around the world and this is definitely in the top 3. We were lucky to have Noura as our guide who gave us great insights into the food culture, we really learnt a lot as well as eating delicious foods that we would never have found on our own. I would recommend doing the trip as soon as possible when you arrive in Marrakech so that you can make return trips to the food stops. Book it in as soon as possible too- on or first trip to Marrakech it was sold out, and arrive hungry!

Very cool to walk through the souk and stop at tiny places you would never even have noticed on your own. The souk may be full of tourists but Amanda shows you the neighborhood places where Moroccans come to eat a hearty plate of sheep tagina, crispy sardine sandwiches, heavenly sticky sweets, fresh bread baked in a 450-year old oven and much more. Very filling, super interesting and tons of fun!

We have been on a number of food tours over the years in different cities and this one the most eye opening.
We ate at a number of places, one specializing in sheep, and then olives, snails, ,a bread bakery, couscous, sardines, fruit and Moroccan pastries to name most but not all the variety. Also a visit to a spice stall that was great.
Our guide was knowledgeable, generous in his offer of more food and his insight into the city, he also
Helped us with getting a petite taxi and negotiated with the driver after our tour.
It was a wonderful way to wend your way through the Médina and get the best of the best.
Just remember to arrive for your tour hungry.
I would recommend this tour to all of my friends.
