First time I have stayed in this riad, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Temperatures were 43c, so the cool Jacuzzi on the rooftop was a must after a busy day touring the Medina for bargains. Both managers were excellent and go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasurable.
The room was spotless and I felt very secure there, They even have a safe for your valuables, and a hairdryer too - something I never expect - apart from those silly looking hoover hoses. This was a REAL hairdryer!
Breakfast in the morning is the usual Moroccan fare, and the coffee sets you up for the day!
Book it, you won't be disappointed. Lovely and quiet but very close to Jamaa El Fna for those bargains.

I traveled on my own for the first time to Marrakech. The staff was more than welcoming. Each and every person I met here had a heart of gold. The riad itself is beautiful and was a warm, cozy place to come back to after a long day adventuring around the medina. One of the best hotels I've ever experienced.

Great location, comfortable room and delicious breakfast! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the riad has a roof terrace where we spent much of our time there. Free roof top jacuzzi was a bonus too!

We had a lovely stay at the Riad. The staff are all super friendly. Upon arrival we had the most delicious mint tea. Our first Moroccan meal was incredible: cous cous and chicken tagine. The portions were so big we decided to share the tagine for lunch and save the second portion for dinner.
The rooms were smaller and darker than expected, but neat and had air con which was definitively required.
The staff are on duty 24hours and happy to assist with any day trips or airport transfers.

We stayed at L'Heure d'Ete for our 3 days in Marrakech before moving to Essaouira and it was great. We were initially given a room on the ground floor but requested one on an upper floor for more privacy and the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to stay in another room that was free for 2 days but informing us that we would have to move again on the 3rd day. We were OK with this and were very happy with our room. It was well equipped, spacious, comfortable and very clean. We booked in for a couple's Hammam which was fantastic - really reasonably priced, and left us feeling energised and refreshed. The location is great, just a 5 minutes walk from the main square yet surprisingly quiet to say the mayhem of the square was so close! We decided to upgrade our room on the 3rd night as the suite was available and it was beautiful. Quite a lot bigger than the other rooms and the air con was particularly good. The breakfasts were good, and we also had an evening meal at the Riad on the quiet roof terrace which was also very good.

Room Tip: Higher floors are better for more privacy.
