The red house was excellent for our 3 night stay in Marrakech.picked up and dropped off at airport, which is 15 mins from airport. Hotel is great location, just outside medina, good walking distance to old and new town.. Only problem is the heat in June! Hotel staff very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast is great and you get to choose when and where you have it! We ate in the restaurant one evening, good Moroccan food and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here if in Marrakech again.

This is a gem of a hotel , the staff is very very receptive to your needs , fruit and cookie in our room at check in ... this is a cool boutique type hotel with each of the eight rooms unique. We stayed in two of the rooms , both were soo nice with canope over the beds and spotless clean rooms. GREAT Location to walk to the Medina and the palace. So the only rude part was the front desk was told on our last morning we were going shopping at 9 am and when we left we asked about check out and told 1200 was fine...so we went shopping , came back at 1120 and our bags were put in the center of the room and cleaning ladies were finishing up cleaning up and the front desk told us that next patron wanted to check in early so we need moved your things.... TO BAD SOMEBODY MADE A BAD JUDGEMENT ....love this place but not coming back .

Room Tip: if you go ...get the suite on the ground floor ....super!!

Excellent attentive staff, lovely traditional rooms, extremely clean throughout, very nice gardens and pool area with sun loungers, choice of a very enjoyable breakfast that can be taken in your room or the gardens. Staff really spoilt my husband on his birthday with decorating our room with candles and flowers and a wonderful chocolate cake! Staff happy to drive us to local spots nothing to much trouble for them. Would recommend the Red House & would certainly return again

Room Tip: All rooms are good but our son & his family had the two rooms on the first floor which had an enormous veranda around the rooms

Having stayed at The Red House for the second time, we were again not disappointed. We stayed this time with family so occupied two of the eight rooms. We had the Royal suite and the Emperors suite which was truly amazing. Abdel and his team were again excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the service was first class. They went out of their way to make my father in law's birthday a fantastic one, even baked him a cake. We will no doubt be visiting The Red House again in the near future.

We had the 'luck' we found this location for two days enjoying Marrakesh after climbing the Toubkal Mountain.

We where able to stay longer in our room, because our plain left in the evening, the staff was very friendly and helpful (with bags, finding entertaining nightlife, helping us with our tired legs, etc.). We didn't have diner in the hotel, but breakfast and lunch at the pool was also very good.

We don't recommend this hotel for families with kids, because it is all about relaxing.

Room Tip: With 3 friends we choose the imperial suite which was amazing.
