Not only is this property beautiful, it is immaculate. All credit to all the smiling and hard working staff who make it a truly special place to stay. The smell of the lobby and public areas is divine and the place is filled with bowls of roses. Two beautiful pools (never any trouble finding sunbeds at any time of day). Fantastic and speedy housekeeping and a lovely big room with a gorgeous bathroom and terrace with inset alcove seating with moroccan cushions. Delicious food - expensive, yes, for what it is - drinks, too - but if you don't like the prices there are plenty of places in town to choose from. You're paying for great service, convenience and five star premises here. The spa was exceptional and we enjoyed lovely massages and a traditional hammam experience (again, you'll get cheaper in town but this was all about relaxation for us).

The hotel is 8 minutes by car into the centre of town. A complimentary shuttle operates one way from the resort between 6 and 10pm every day, ask at reception. If not immediately available, you only have to wait a few minutes until it's back. Or the door staff will call a taxi - flat rate of 50 MAD to anywhere in town, with 100 MAD to the airport. Prepare to pay the same coming back - agree the price before you get in the taxi and if any driver asks for more, wave them away and find another one (there are hundreds).

A couple of tips: Prepare to get lost in the souks but try and resist taking up the plentiful offers of help to get you out - your helpful "guide" will want a hefty tip and it really isn't hard to find your way out to a proper street. If you love Moroccan furniture and decorations, then head to the warehouse of Mustapha Blaoui just outside the souk - it's an Aladdin's Cave of wonderful stuff. Google it - it's well worth a visit if you want to buy things to take home and make your humble abode look just like a riad!

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the pool side or you may be staring at a building site (the resort is expanding).

Excellent stay at Four Seasons Marrakech. First time staying here and throughly enjoyed it. The hotel was amazing with excellent amenities and very professional staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel restaurants and spa facilities were fantastic. Our room was very spacious wiith 2 balconies overlooking the hotel grounds. Wish we had stayed for longer! Already planning our next trip to Marrakech and will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our hotel, the design is incredible and everyone was very nice to us. We really enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. It is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. We will go back for sure.

My review is long overdue and I keep meaning to write. We dealt Magdy who handled guest relations and my friends and I couldn’t rave about him more! He and his staff were just so helpful and made our time in Marrakech so much more enjoyable! The facility, the food, the room, the staff -everything is absolutely exquisite and perfect. They arranged drivers, tours, reservations, etc just seamlessly for a group of 7 girls. Highly recommend staying here when in town!!

Perfect (really!) staff and very nice hotel area. We spent only 3 nights and we would like to come back as soon as possible. From our perspective the best hotel in the town. Highly recommanded! Thank you :)
