We had been on the road and in the desert for 5 nights so the Riad Zamzam came as a great surprise to us. A wonderful staff, gorgeous surroundings and very clean and nice room and bathrooms - it all deserv a full score! And oh! Not to forget the hammam! Be sure to treat yourself with this luxury :-)

But you need to know where the riad is located - it is not very close to the Jamaa el Fna, so you need to take into account how to get around. We had our own guide, so I never got around to check out how to do this, but I'm sure the owner have the solution :-)

Really recommend this riad!

This tucked away Riad feels like such a blessing in the congestion of the Medina. It is super quiet. Beautiful plaster interiors. I found it to be such a relief to come back after a long day and have a cold beer waiting. The staff was really kind and helpful.

I booked this Riad as part of a tour package and was touched by the heart-warming service provided by the Riad's staff. Adding to the weight of positive reviews currently on here: everything was thought of: from Moroccan tea and biscuits on arrival to escorting you to and from a local restaurant (when you haven't quite mastered the alleys of Marrakech) and dining tips. The staff are incredible and really make your stay and Marrakech experience something special. I would 100% book again.

What makes this riad so special--the service it provides. They booked our restaurants, escorted us there, cooked a beautiful meal for us on NYE. We could not have asked for more. Take advantage of their hammam, have breakfast on the terrace, follow their guidance. You will have a wonderful time.

My son and I had a wonderful two bed overlooking the courtyard. Delicious breakfasts every morning as well... The employees were amazing as well. 10/10 highly recommend. Make sure you get a guide through the hotel to take you on a walking tour of the Medina as well.

Room tip: All the rooms are great
