Booked this hotel as most hotels were fully booked and it had reviews for cheap but clean hotel, but my own experience was far from anything in these reviews. We stayed for 7 days and the room did not get cleaned or towels changed once as house keeping only come before 12:00, so if you are not up and out they refuse to clean, on some occasion housekeeping will barge into your room whilst sleeping trying to get you to go out while they try to make the bed, the cleaning is to only tidy sheets and hang your towels up and do not provide fresh item beside soap. There are no extra toilet rolls, hair dryer, iron or coffee making facilities in your room. The service from Reception was awful especially from Abdul (daytime) who was rude. If you are looking for a one star cheap hotel and can do without fresh sheets or towels then I recommend this place.

Very good location for travellers leaving to the airport or central station in the morning, with all it's cuteness and local decor it really stayed in the 90'. Room was clean, water in the shower hot and very nice stuff.

Room Tip: rooms on the corner on the building don't receive any wifi.

Decent price, great pool and oasis – like garden. No worry it's quite far away from the tourists attractions because in Marrakech you can get by taxi ANYWHERE for 20 DH which is nothing. Believe me - Marrakech is very busy, hot and polluted by fuel exhaust, so having a pretty, peaceful pool with a little garden is MUST HAVE. Otherwise you will go crazy!  I can only complaint about the Pharaoh ants in the bathroom but they are harmless – you just see them running or looking for something  They don’t bite or bother you.
