This spot was a wonderful find! My boyfriend and I spent 2 weeks in Marrakech at the beginning of August, so to say the weather could make dining outside uncomfortable is an understatement. But Bagatelle was a breath of fresh air! Their terrace area is an oasis filled with beautiful green vines and trailing plants. Their sprinkler system is a genius idea as both a form of outdoor A/C and plant maintenance. The area was filled with the most delicate of mists every few moments, which cooled and delighted us to no end.
The staff were amazingly attentive and funny. They clearly knew how to make tourists feel comfortable and at ease. And last, but certainly not least, the food was excellent.I would highly recommend the beef tagine and the chocolate fondant. Washed down with a great selection of red wine - it was a fantastic night. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we came back on our last night as another treat. Would highly recommend!!
