We were recommended this place as excellent but it must have been a bad night because our experience as well as other diners was terrible. From the very start, most of the food was unavailable and the menu was not extensive in the first place. My husband's vegetable tagine was cold although he did say 'some of it is luke warm'; my kefta and egg tagine was rather dry and my friend's main came out with her starter, a pepper salad that mysteriously included tuna. It was so bad, it was funny. My other friend thought he was getting the prawns which were recommended as a replacement for the 2 other items not available on the menu - these, in fact, turned out to be prunes! However, he did admit it was rather nice. A German guest on the next table was spotted pouring his mint tea in to a flower pot; it was cold! The staff were obviously devastated and very apologetic so I find it hard to be too harsh.
