Room (pics) and food not as good as other riads we stayed at. Host definitely made it worse - not helpful or even friendly. Wifi was unstable. Just think there are better options out there so look harder.

We spent 2 nights in this riad organised by our local tour. When we first arrived, we didnt get the room with a double bed as originally booked and got the room on the mezzanine level. We could pretty much touch the ceiling of the room and overall the feeling was very cramped.

Food was below average compared to the other riads we've stayed in Morocco, and instead of eating in for another meal, we had to go out and find our own food. The staff (owner?) Mohammed had an attitude, or maybe he just didn't understand English.

Our room, being the one closest to the dining room/office, had the worst wi-fi connection. And the hype about that roof top terrace, just had a view of the buildings surrounding this riad, nothing special and wasnt maintained that well.

The only positive thing I could think of is maybe its location, it is fairly close to Bab Boujloud (5 mins walking distance). But with the abundance of riads in this city, I'm sure there's a better choice than this one.

Nice and comfortable riad. Got a spacious room, with good facilities. Staff welcoming and breakfast is great. We had diner and it was tasty, but as u know Moroccan hospitality, they serve more than enough food. :-)

Very nice place, grand, warm and comfortable with beautiful decoration. You feel like you are in your palace. The owner and staff have an excellent customer service mindset, gentle, kind and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner have been served.

We stayed there in our trip to Fes at the beginning of this year, the place is great, the lobby is amazing, the room ok and the staff regular, not so nice.
The breakfast is very good.

It is in a good location, I would recommend to stay there for your trip to Fes.
