we have just returned from the hotel Timoulay , it was a very nice well priced, clean hotel, and great staff.
I normally guild the lily a bit with my reviews, but this hotel was very good, the staff were attentive, courteous and could not do enough for you... i would happily recommend this hotel.
.....so ...well this is a review/travel service ....how about some hints for the first time visitor to morocco....ok
1. all hotels ask for a tourist tax , this is not a scam, it is paid to the government it can be about 7 to 14 DH a night ...be ready for this
2. as of 22/8/18 20 Dh is worth about £18
3.do not go out on your own after dark .....to be fair i wouldn't in Manchester or London
4. you will get approached for money and asked to look at trinkets ..don't engage walk on
5.have a pen ready at the airport when u arrive and leave , you will be asked to fill in a small form detailing about you and you trip.
6. do not change money at currency exchange kiosks, use the ATM's they are fine , you can only get 2000Dh per day.
7. have a nice timeMore
