Traveled for business and stayed 2 nights at the Hilton Princess San Pedro Sula. The staff is very nice and the hotel installations are good. They have al older look. They gave me a room in the 5th floor which is an executive floor, that has its own lounge to eat breakfast and happy hour drinks/snacks. The breakfast buffet is not that great in the executive lounge but in the restaurant downstairs it’s really good and has a lot of variety. The restaurant also serves excellent food for dinner. Gym is good with view to the pool and the pool nice. Will definitely stay there my next visit.

Great staff, they remember you after the first day. Service was impeccable. Executive floor and room had great service, very personable, rememberd what I ordered for drinks (breakfast and evening) highly recommend

Best place for business trip
staff are so friendly and helpful
the food they offer at the restaurant was excellent
room accommodations and cleanliness is excellent
will definitely be back
also used their Taxi services
called ahead for pick up from the airport and they were waiting for me when i got there
overall it was an awesome place for me

Today we went after 2:00 pm, lunch buffet was picked up and only had a la carte options
But at the same time the “Tarde de Cafe” was going on for a baby shower event.
My mom that has a special diet rather wanted that menu but waisted upon asking Manager came back with a no.
I found it so disappointing there is a lot of things Manager could have done to accommodate my mom but that wasn’t the case they just didn’t care.
I am so disappointed and probably would not be back, Hyatt is about to open next door you guys need to step up your game or will end up closing.

After checking out of the hotel received an email from the front desk clerk, Maria Hernandez that there was a letter attached from the Hotel manager. The letter from the GM, Anthony Corbin advised me they discovered a burn in the carpet with an estimated cost of repair $5,775 but the maintenance team can replace only 5 meters for $450.00 they assured me it was to keep up the standards of the brand. They ended with the request for "consideration and authorization"When I told them there was clearly a mistake, we don't smoke nor did we have anything that would burn the carpet to please investigate the matter further and double check the room number. The response was a brazen receipt charging my American Express for $285.07, of course, alerting Hilton and American Express but this is shameful
