I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's very much a business oriented hotel and has a nice area to sit and work off the lobby. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. However, I spent three nights there this week and never got hot water out of the bathroom sink or tub. In fact, the warmest the water ever got was lukewarm.

I stayed here on a weekend doing some business in SPS. The manager was great. I loved the small restaurant and their coffee was excellent. This is a good location across from 2 large malls and not too far from good restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Went with my family for Easter break and it was a bad experience...

To begin they did not had any type food service, the restaurant was closed because of the holiday. What restaurant closes in a hotel in a holiday?!

The room was too dark (need more lights)
Simple cable tv was available.

The next morning they didn’t even had coffee for breakfast, I’ve ask the waiter for a croissant and she said they made all the food already, but five minutes later they came out with a batch of croissants... couldn’t she have asked before giving a response?

I would not recommend this place for holiday stay...
