Long story short... my plane was late (by two hours), I missed my connection and during this fiasco the owner promptly returned my emails (many!) and rearranged my taxi service from the airport and did not charge me for the room. He went over and above to help me although there was ZERO financial gain for him. Thank you, Nery! Can you imagine the service for an actual paying customer of his hotel??
