We spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent. Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, there were sufficient outlets for recharging cameras and cellphones. Toiletries and facecloths were not provided. Included breakfast was very nice.
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is pretty large and a money changer(not an ATM) is located in the back right corner. The downside is that there were very few chairs for guests to sit and chat. Such a large lobby could have accommodated a few clusters of chairs so people did not have to stand to socialize. There are four quick elevators and a very nice gift shop off the lobby.
We ate in the restaurant three times, it was hit or miss, but we had the opportunity to try authentic Chilean cuisine. We especially enjoyed the seafood chupe and the corn mote dinners. Steak was too grisly. Service was also hit or miss.More
