Great hotel with pool , gym, sauna and an excellent masseuse. Located steps from the village square, with an excellent restaurant. Loved it. would have stayed longer, but my schedule would not allow it.

We spent there 2 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Service is very good, all our questions have been answered, the room was very large with a small balcony and a panoramic window overlooking the city (premium room). We used the complementary breakfast and also had dinner 2 times in the quiet hotel garden. The food was excellent on both occasions. The room was clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. I strongly recommend to stay there when visiting Copan. To the Copan ruins it is a 5 minutes drive or half an hour walk. The plaza del armas (center) is around the corner. You can explore the city by walking around, all is save, people are very friendly, especially if you can speak (at least some) Spanish.
Outstanding service, beautiful setting, really nice bathroom and the patio right outside the door inside the hotel itself was very special and comfortable beds and a great breakfast buffet. Close to city square and food in hotel was very good. Would not wander alone but shops are nearby.
An excellent hotel, very good location for exploring the town. Room was nice and staff was really eager to help. The great thing was the location, though, as it allows you to stroll around at will
The restaurant serves a great meal too, gets a strong recomendation from me.
Copan is a marvelous Mayan site that's not nearly as crowded as Tikal, etc. The hotel was wonderful and the food was great. And the bar was great for hanging out and having some Cuba Libres. A very short walk to the main square, Copan is a very quaint city.
We enjoyed a pleasant 2-night stay. The room was comfortable, if not a little dark with all the dark decor. We all enjoyed comfortable sleeps and the bathroom was adequate with plenty of hot water at decent pressure. The room and public areas were very tidy. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts and staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The pool was enjoyed by our family, but the wellness centre/gym is almost non-functional.
Good location, but I imagine that applies to most accommodation in Copan Ruinas.
