Steam rises from layers of thermal pools at different temperatures, linked by meandering stone pathways, under a canopy of tropical trees, this is a super place to de-stress, soothe the mind and body, in a truly natural environment.

This spa is incredible! the rock pools of varying temperatures, the densely forested surroundings and the natural hot springs make this spa a luxurious experience.
The scenery is made Mayan style, with status, a tunnel with spooky atmosphere and a hanging bridge. There's several hot-spring pools with different temperatures, a steam bath, and also 2 small regular pools. There's dressing rooms, a small shop for buying snacks and drinks. I loved this place, very difficult to beat. If you have a chance to visit this, certainly do - and if possible try at sunset.
A beautiful and well done hot spring in the middle of the jungle. Our time there was quiet nice. However, be warned it can take up to 1.5 hours to get there. We were told 45 minutes, but got put in a van with a driver who was much more concerned with talking to his buddy who joined us and playing on his phone then looking at the road. There are alot of potholes and one guy who was in the back of the van threw up both on the way out and the way back. We asked the driverto spend less time on his phone and more time looking at the road but he was not to0o happy about this and did not change anything. I would not recommend this spa to anyone who wants to relax. We were so stressed out from the drive when we got there and then when we got back it was like we hadn't gone to a spa at all. Ironically the ride was the most expensive part. If anything I would recommend renting a car or hiring a private driver with a real van.
beautifully made outdoor pool area with hot springs. very nice to visit. BUT be aware it is quite far away from copan...
tipp: ask for a chicken soup (the chicken itself is not good at all) but the soup is very nice.
This was definitely one of the highlights to Copan. The area is beautiful and relaxing, even with it raining. We got there on the early bus and were there by ourselves until the evening buses arrived.
Do not miss this place!!
