This very elaborate stairway is unique among Mayan ruins. The elaborate carvings tell many intriguing stories about the people and culture.

The staircase is quite a thing to see. Take a guide to get the full scope and meaning of it all. We enjoyed it !

The stairway is the only feature in the park itself with real information provided. It is beautiful, and seeing it carefully preserved is reassuring.

The whole park is a real gem, but this staircase is incredible. You obviously can’t walk up it, but you can admire up close.
