It's a Fantastic Hotel, room was always clean and they have a really good noise control, I'll just add a refrigerator which was not included on the room. The Hotel is located on the best area from the city, having close many restaurants and stores.

This is the second time we stay at the Holiday Inn in Guatemala City. It is located at a very safe, modern and international location. Sarai Eguizabal, kept our room very clean with fresh towels and any other request we had. Carlos, at the front door recognized us from 2016 when we were there for a week! Very attentive and courteous. All the personnel at the front desk helped us get the room with a view of the volcano and a very nice balcony, as I had requested in the IHG website. We were there for almost 3 weeks and they all felt like family at the end. THANK YOU!

Had to take a room there due a mistake made on the reservation made at other hotel.
I have to say that the room was perfect, liked a lot the service attitude and the breakfast was good.
I perceived a great relation between what you paid and what you get for a business room.
