Stayed here for a few days and overall a nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. It doesn't have a pool or a gym and no elevators either and it does take a long time for hot water to get to the faucets but for a short term stay it offers a relaxing atmosphere and a good location

I am in Guatemala City multiple times per year and stumbled upon this hotel when my Marriott/Westin were booked full. This is a hotel that is now in my rotation! Great location and well appointed rooms. Great value and beautiful roof tom conference room and deck. Also recommend the free breakfast and made-to-order Guatemalan coffee!

We spent a week at the hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it; it’s perfectly located in the heart of the city and offers all the amenities for a great stay. Staff is very attentive and helpful and breakfast was delicious (already miss the morning coffee!). We will definitely return.

Boutique hotel away from the noise and bustle! Lovely ambience and really helpful receptionist. Good breakfast and the free coffee throughout the day was much appreciated. Cosy bedroom - clean and felt safe. The free transfers were a real bonus

I absolutely loved this hotel. So many hotels in Latin America are mislabeled boutique, but this is the real deal. The service was excellent, the food above average and the rooms very comfortable. We had booked a standard room and found it too small so for 20usd we upgraded to a larger room for the 4 nights. The neighborhood, zona 10, has quite a few restaurants within walking distance, but one night we stayed in and ordered room service, which was excellent. The breakfast service is also great, with staff standing by to assist and kitchen orders made quickly. We had to leave to the airport at 330am and a sandwich, fresh fruit and orange juice was packed for us to take, without us requesting it. If only the water pressure had been better, our stay would have been absolutely perfect.

Room tip: The standard rooms vary in size & can be quite small. Check in advance and for only 20USD more you can upgrade to a bigger room.
