We really enjoyed our stay at Sunbreeze. The rooms were new and large, with a large bathroom and lots of storage. The hotel in general was great, definitely one of the best spots in San Pedro. Walking distance to everything and it has great common areas. The pool was wonderful with a surrounding deck that was lovely, along with hammocks and chairs that were nice to spend time in at night when it cooled down. Internet was sporadic, best in the common areas. We didn't try the breakfast here, as there were so many options nearby. We ate at the restaurant once and it was great food, although quite expensive.
The only downside I would give this place is the beds are really soft and sagging and very small, but we found this common across Central America.

Sunbreeze is an old and overpriced motel with limited amenities and no business center. I guess it is ok for a vacationer but is very expensive for the quality of rooms. The restaurant was lousy. Indifferent and rude front desk staff. However, the porter was very friendly.

Had a lovely stay at the SunBreeze Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds, although small, were pretty. Very convenient location. Disappointed that there was no beach access, as is the case with most of the island.

Room tip: Change shower/soap dispensers to individually packaged shampoo and soap.

The hotel is lovely, and the people there are kind. It's close to the airport, and has onsite connections to enjoy water activities. Like the Sunbreeze Suites, there's something for everyone at this hotel.

This hotel was functional. Other than the restaurant onsite (Blue Water Grill), the property is nothing special. Interior of room was like a budget motel. Location is busy area of San Pedro due to tropic air right across the street. Noisy with planes constantly taking off. There is no real beach - a concrete drop off into the water. The only two pluses I give this hotel are for the restaurant and the hammock hang out spot in the gazebo above the restaurant. Great spot to relax. I would stay somewhere else if your looking for a more cushy, island feel.
