Gormley's is a destination restaurant when you want to celebrate a special occasion or just need a spectacular meal. You'll find outstanding innovation in the menu but the offerings are not trendy or pretentious. The chef loves what he does and the staff is sincerely proud of his creations.
The dining room itself appears like a movie set from a classic film, full of character and style.
Because it's in Apalachicola, the seafood is a fresh as you can get.

Judging by our dinner—fabulous food and attentive service—we will stay at the Gibson next time we come to Apalachicola

My husband and I along with another couple ate dinner here. The atmosphere was simple, historical and inviting. Our server, Kimberly, was outstanding. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She took very good care of us. We all ate different entrees and all of us enjoyed every bite (even dessert). I would definitely recommend Gormley's for a special night out.

Wonderful dinner, fresh and innovative. Our server, Anna, was excellent. Never felt rushed even though it was busy. And all in a beautiful, historic building. Had creme brulee for dessert and rank it among the best I've had.

Wonderful evening of fine food, fine wines and excellent service. Wait staff was very busy but efficient and friendly. Classy old hotel, built in 1905, relaxing restaurant and bar. Lovely setting in an old historic hotel.
