I was pleased with my visit. I was in town for business and after reading reviews decided to take a chance on this place. Room was clean. The mobile key is amazing feature. The only “issue” would be that they weren’t accommodating for breakfast. Typically, the front desk will grab me a muffin or boxed cereal since I have to leave for work prior to breakfast hours. This was the first hotel that would not do that.

We stayed for a week and it was great. The whole staff was accommodating and very friendly. Everything was perfect very clean and if we needed anything the staff was on top of it. Thanks for everything Milad and the TownePlace team!! Hope to be back soon
Marriott properties are always the way to go for our family! While in the area, we chose this hotel to spend a night in. The property was very modern and clean! We ended up going with a king room and it was very nice. Super spacious and a great kitchen area. This hotel would be great to stay at for an extended period of time. We were very happy to find out that this location was actually serving a hot breakfast! Many Marriott properties are still not doing this due to Covid. While the hot breakfast isn’t what it used to be from a Marriott, it was better than a grab and go bag! We had the option of hot items such as bread, bagels, egg, and sausage. In addition, it was conveniently located to tons of shops and restaurants! To name a few, LongHorn and a gas station are within walking distance. This hotel is great if you are looking to spend some time in the area. It’s very easy to get to downtown and Disney as well.
The room was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, right off the highway. Due to Covid restrictions, you can order your breakfast and they will pack it up for you to take back to your room. The room has a nice table to sit at. The customer service was great and very accommodating. We will be staying at TownePlace Suites again when I am in the area.
If you are a mexican you will get Breakfast...i waited 45 min for Breakfast but the Chef is mexican and whenever a mexican gestern came, all other would not get anything...rooms are nice ...die to corona they changed the cleaning from Daily to weekly ...okay...my room was not Cleaner for 14 days and when i asked for it they only Made the bed and exchange the towels...no fresh bed sheets, even forgot more trash in my room...
As a Head Coach for a Travel Softball Organization for over 15 years, my family and I find ourselves on the road an average of 25 weekends out of the year. We first learned of this TownePlace Suites a year ago and had planned to stay here during the summer, which of course was cut short by COVID. Finally getting back in action, we booked this hotel for back to back stays and after having such an amazing experience, we cancelled our reservation at another hotel and gave them our business for a 3rd stay! This hotel, the entire staff, led by GM Milad and Manager Kellie, went above and beyond to accommodate all of our families and without a doubt repeated the Marriott brand in a 5 Star fashion!!! If I could give them more stars I would! I can assure you that this will be the only hotel my family or teams will ever stay at in our future travels to Altamonte Springs! Thank you!
