We were two couples and we ordered Foie Gras, Ravioli Escargot, and an Onion Soup for appetizers. All were excellent. The Ravioli Escargot was completely different then we had ever had snails and they were really interesting and delicious.

Our dinner choices were the Mussels in a tomato cream sauce so good we had to soak up every drop of sauce. Ou friends also order the Duck Magret and the Lamb Loin. Everyone was very pleased.

For dessert the French Apple Pie was the big hit.

Service was friendly and attentive. We had a fabulous dinner and plan on returning.

This small place is a hidden gem. The food is absolutely fabulous and reasonably priced for the quality. The service was excellent and the chef came out to the dining room to check on the customers. Dessert was heavenly.

The meals we had were all tasty and well presented but if you compare the food, service and decor with other good restaurants, this was not worth the extra $10 a meal we paid. I felt au midi would draw more clientele if they dropped their prices down to a more normal level.

We had a dinner with friends on a pretty busy Saturday night (the place was full). I walked in with a preexisting expectations set high based on other reviews and was initially a bit disappointed with the appetizers: I felt they somewhat lacked in taste, although not in presentation. However, I will admit that the main course (Duck Magret) was spot-on, although my wife was unmoved by their Halibut (no Sea Bass that night). The deserts were amazing all around. Also, keep in mind that their wine list is short (there's no other way to put it) and they were out of several choices that night. All in all, I did not feel disappointed, but not completely satisfied either.

The wife cooks while the husband runs the front end. Great food, and I like the husband, but all is not quite well, compared to Cafe Sparrow, located a very short distance away. The strip mall location is unfortunate.
