I really liked everything about this place! There was a short wait for a table, but there is a bar for the waiting and it gave an ample opportunity to have something good to drink and people watch. The craft beer selection is extensive and offers enough to make all in your party happy; they even had my favorite French cider (or "cidre), which is kind of hard to come by, so that was the beginning of an impressive experience for me. The menu offers plenty of options: antipasto, apps, salads, pizza, etc. The chicken sausage/veggie pizza (Paesana) I chose was EXCELLENT. A friend at the table got the seafood pizza with mussels (di Mare) and she was thrilled. I also loved the olives that they bring to the table at the beginning, I prefer that over the usual "bread and olive oil" that comes at the beginning of most upscale pizzeria experiences. The service was excellent, and even though it was crowded and there was a line of folks waiting for tables, we were not rushed and the waiter was as gracious as could be. it was a wonderful mix of patrons: families, couples, groups of friends, all types of folks out for a lovely evening of good food near DuPont Circle. I will definitely return!
