I had chance to spend 5days in this hotel because of lectures. Really nice location, few times i had problem to find parking place. Hotel looks good, staff was really nice and helpful. Food was kinda expensive, but on the other hand was really good, actually lunch was best part of the day. I am sure, that i will come again.

Pros: The hotel seems nice, shiny, big and clean. It's made of main 2 connected buildings and a big parking lot, located on the hills north of Poprad, near the small town of Stary Smokovec, with great view and clean air. The town's supermarket is about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Very quite at night - on one occasion we had reindeers crying out at night!
Neutral: The service is good. On one hand they did fulfill certain special request we had for one specific dinner (we were within a group). On the other hand things sometimes seemed to close earlier than advertised (e.g., the pool was closed some 30 minutes ahead of time, and on one occasion - much of dinner's food was emptied before dinner time was over).
Cons: Not suited for those who seek hotels in the middle of city action. The room - though nice and clean - had a poor design from the functionality point of view: The toilets were far away from the bathroom, and with no water sink nearby, so one always had to go from one place to another :) The bath had no curtain and no decent place to hang the shower head. All-in-all taking a shower was a little acrobatic event. One more thing: There is a safe, but it's on the floor, so one need to crawl in order to use it...
I was really sad to get to this hotel. The room smelled like it wasnt ventilated for years. The furniture looked very old and used. The room looked clean. Our view was to parking places. The food was like from last century, nothing fresh and new but like really old days. The taste wasnt good too. I wasnt satisfied.

Thank you for your rating. The hotel is older but gradually undergoing reconstruction. Three floors were rebuilt into the summer. . All are modern and functional. Similarly, we plan to reconstruct the rest of the accommodation capacity, restaurant facilities and wellness centrum as well.

This hotel is in a tiny town in the mountains.
We had a large, bright room with a great view of the mountains. The room had large windows that open. Good mini fridge and a good TV with several English speaking channels.
Nice bathroom with a shower stall(no bathtub) and plenty of hot water.
The Breakfast Buffet was ok, nothing special. The Dinner Buffet was also ok, nothing special, but they did have excellent deserts.
The only negative is that the elevators are very confusing, it took us two days to figure them out.

We booked this hotel for three nights and didnt regret it!nice clean room,lovely staff specially the team of barmans downstair next to the reception who kept topping up our shampine glasses without us even touching the bottle througout the evening and very friendly and profesional!also i found the piano player every evening a nice touch to spending the time in the bar.The food was nice enough with not a large variety but more than enough at least for us.Great wellness must be sad with finally a good gym which i always aim for when choosing a hotel.The pool is clean and huge so if crowded u still find a way to have a dip.Overall we were very happy and will be definitelly back soon and can recommend this find without the fear to everyone!

At first glance the hotel is amazing in size and in its place with amazing panoramic views. Spacious rooms with lots of natural light. The beds are very comfortable. A clean bathroom with towels, a bathrobe and toiletries. Unfortunately there is no mini bar and coffee set. Tasty breakfast and a rich selection. But unfortunately what hit the hospitality was lack of hot water in the bathroom. There was no water at all during my stay. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll be back in the hotel again and it's a pity.
