Location is great, the best part of my trip. Great starting point to hike. The rooms are fine.
Customer service is poor, I rarely experienced smiling faces, especially from nurses providing procedures. They looked like being bothered by me.
The rules are not logical. It is forbidden to visit a fitness center during a day, only since 4pm. The pool (very small) has been covered after 4pm, not usable.
The food not great.
