Stayed for 2 nights in early June 2019 with three friends. Modern and new hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Good shower in room and good facilities in the hotel. Visited the spa and enjoyed a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Good breakfast buffet and evening meal included. Good local beer in the bar too. More

the room too small the bed are dirty the service isn't nice the toilets are very tiny not the type of hotel i want this hotel isn't good enough need to puts lots efforts.is disgusting how the place are not good enough for the environment i find this is a pig
We had a very pleasant stay from the beginning till the end, with very polite and flexible staff. Restaurant offer is not very broad but still nice enough with great prices for "daily menu", little bit on higher side for a la carte menu. There is also "Sliezsky domcek" buffet on the site of the hotel and this is also great and fast - if you want to avoid sitting in fancy mountain restaurant.
Accommodation and equipment is excellent, clean and pure - just like the place. Great work of designer is visible in every corner.
Rooms are not very big but sufficient, everything necessary is in place (minibar, safe, hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers, hair conditioner...), price is great for the place. We´ll be back definitely.

You get to the hotel on an exciting snowmobile journey that transports you and your luggage up from the rail station.
The hotel is incredible. The view is incredible. All staff are very friendly and very helpful.
In particular Marcel Matias on the front desk helped us rent skis and snowshoes for better exploration of the environment.
I would definitely return here after this experience!!
We stayed in the 'tourist accommodation', and paid £24 a night. It was a clean, comfortable and surprisingly private and quiet dormitory, with an excellent bathroom. We paid a similar amount for other dorm rooms in the Tatras with far worst facilities.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, including freshly cooked pancakes! We didn't go for the buffet dinner as it was a bit pricey, but there is a cheaper alternative cafe in the hotel which was good.
Also, the hotel receptionist Tomas was really helpful!
We stayed here the night before and after climbing Gerlach. The Buffett food was good and plentiful, the beer cheap and the room was comfortable and quiet. The spa was much appreciated after a tough day. Only downside is that although they were very professional, we found it difficult to get a smile out of the staff
