We got the voucher for the stay in this hotel and we reserved the room in July 2019 for October. When we came to check-in we needed to wait for the room 20 minutes because the system made a mistake and the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately we got a twin room on 2nd floor, so me and my husband we needed to sleep separately. It wasn´t comfortable and nice. But!!! I would like to thank you Mr. Marián Leskoviansky (I am sorry if I made a mistake in your name :) ) - night receptionist - he was very kind and helpful. The second day we met the MOD manager Mr. Michalko - he was also very kind and helpful, because we got another room and it was nice double room on 4th floor.
I must say - the 4 elements day SPA - it was great, really. I recommend this place. We had 2x 20 minutes massages - thanks to masseurs. The smell and musik was great and relaxing, and the receptionist in 4 elements day SPA was also very nice.
Then we tried also 4 elements AQUA with saunas and it was also relaxing. I ordered virgin mojito and my husband Pina Colada, both were delicious.
The breakfast was tasty, we met also Skalko and Ozvenka, mascots for children :)
I gave 4/5 stars just because the first night.
