This is a really big hotel with a beautiful scenery. Rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough for 2 people. The staff was friendly. Food was mediocre, but I didn't mind. The wellness area is new and worth a visit. I would totally recommend this hotel to my friends.

All services are great for kids! Our daughter loved it sooo much she even cried when we left. She wanted to stay more.
We could ski, slide, build snowman, play In the awsome playhouse, and the wellness was fun even the water was cold, the air was very warm. Breakfast was ok, expect juice and coffe, but the fresh spring water was awsome. The panorama is Amazing! I fell in love with Slovakia.
The stuffs were very friendly abd Finally a hotel in high tatras where they do speak English! The receptionist (lady with brown hair and glasses) was very kind, explain es everything during check in and check out. She was great! Also the young guy at the bowling bar on Sunday, awsome English knowledge and such a kindness! I was treated so well, it made me forget about the bad sleeping.
Negative: The room was very noisy, walls are extreamly thin, I couldnt sleep much as we heard every baby crying during the night.
Perfect family vacation for sure!

Visited with family. The water in the spa area was 25C for 2 days so we where not able to enjoy the SPA. Although it looks nice. Rooms are ok basicaly a standard 3 star hotel. The slope for the kids is really just 1 minute from the hotel. There are good animators and good programs for the kids. Bevare of the elevators if you come with a baby-stroller. They are small.

We had a problem with heating system, which caused the low temperature in the swiming pool.
There are technical problems which we can solve immediately and some have to be solved through the
specialist whom we called from company supplaying us with their systems, which was the only solution
to eliminate the problem as soon as possible.

I am flight attendant,I've visited countless cities and hotels,this hotel honestly is very nice.staff are so helpful,approachable and friendly.you can't say who's the manager cuz all of them help you with anything.

Rooms are nice and clean, but needs to be refurnished.

animation program for the children is the best thing in the hotel. Foodie and Art Club are really interesting for the kids. Self-prepared pizza and pancakes are the best.
Aqua and wellness clean and nice, but little bit small.

We stayed in this hotel during the conference. Well, everything was Ok, toilets close to reception are in bad conditions but it's not such a big problem... we haven't time for lunch, so we decided to go to the restaurant upstairs. We came to the restaurant, after couple of minutes I asked if we can order something, It took 10minutes while someone came with menu. She gave different menu to me and another one to my friend. Funny right? Soup hasn't any taste, then we took some meat... Meat of my friend was old and mine risotto overcooked and disgusting... Shame on us Slovaks. We have a beautiful mountains, a lot of things to show but we are so lazy to do something...
